Middle East Company, as the largest operator of port, marine and oversea
services in Islamic Republic of Iran's Port & Marine Industry (in line with
establishment of Organizational Promotion System), believes that customer and
all beneficiaries' satisfaction will be increased by establishing the HSE
management, while creating necessary fields for the company's capability and
optimization increase charter, through decreasing dangers and omitting danger
risks courses and increasing safety and immunity of goods, services and vessels.
Establishment of health, Safety and environment system as a foundation system in
way of achieving to organizational elevation system in the developed companies
is possible only in case of informing, training and supervising on the relevant
rules and standards. This company, in addition to notifying its commitment in
respect of decreasing all risks and safety, immunity and environmental dangers
and increasing level of quality and satisfaction of the beneficiaries in all
current activities, projects and considering HSE requirements in technical,

Accepting national rules and special attention to the conventions accepted by
Islamic Republic of Iran in IMO Decreasing
potential of danger at the covered areas from level 5 to level 4 up to end of
2008 and to level 3 up to end of 2009
Decreasing potential of danger at the covered marine and port equipments from
level 5 to level 4 up to end of 2009 and to level 3 up to end of 2010 Decreasing
environmental dangers in the relevant activities from level 5 to level 3 up to
end of 2009
Complete establishment of Accidents Inspection and Analysis Commissions up to
October 2009
Immunizing system of transportation and maintenance of dangerous goods Issuing
