Rahyab Rayaneh Gostar Company (Joint Stock Company) was established in 1998 and registered by Tehran Corporation Registry under No. 148206. Tidewater Middle East is the major stockholder of the company in an investment amounting to 100,000,000 in initial capital of the company. Considering the scope of activity of the parent company, the main mission of Rahyab is IT sector as far as it relates to the port and marine activities. As IT Management of Tidewater Middle East has been the core of Rahyab Company, the company commenced its activities in IT sector. The design and implementation of fiber optic network of Bandar Bushehr implementation of hardware, steering and maintenance of hardware and network of Ports and Shipping Organization in its head office and Bandar Azali office, design and implementation of all software needed for general cargo in Bandar Anzali, comprehensive software in Shahid Rajaee container terminal all are among initial tries and experiences of the company. During the time, the dealing with other fields of activity out of port and sea issues including internet service provision and SMS value added activities were defined aiming revenue gaining and were added to the company's scope of activities. But, in 2006, as a result of a general reorganization in Tidewater Middle East Holding, Rahyab Company was defined as Holding's specialty arm and dealt in completely specialized manner in the field of transportation automation and logistics systems. The implementation of this decision took place following the successful execution of the national project of Shahid Rajaee Terminal, on one hand, and, on the other hand, due to lack of specialty companies to deal with logistics and the ever-increasing demand for such services in local and foreign market. As a result, Rahyab Company was reorganized with a completely renewed structure and prepared for fulfillment of its new scope of activities utilizing all its capacities and capabilities and specialist personnel and the most advanced software technologies in the field of project management and this laid a completely ideal ground for rendering the best services to the customers.
