Negin-e-Sabz Middle East Company (Joint Stock Company) was established on December 17th, 2003 and registered by Corporation Registry under No. 213624. On the basis of the articles of association of the company, the main activities of the company include: To provide marine services, dredging services, vessel steering, towing services, to maintain marine lightings; to provide hydrographic services and technical services for repair and maintenance of the marine equipment; to import and export of all authorized goods and parts which may be demanded.

History of Negin-e-Sabz Middle East Company:

Negin-e-Sabz Middle East Company commenced its activities as dredging unit and continued for 10 year in Tidewater Middle East family during which completed 20 projects and gained several valuable experiences. The increase of capacities and the need for extension of activities and the duties with a future-oriented view, necessitated the establishment of Negin-e-Sabz Middle East Company; finally, the company was established by investment of Superannuation Fund of Ports and Shipping Organization as the most equipped and modern with the longest record of activities in the field of dredging. Since then, not only the company tried to act as pioneer in its field of activities but also has been interested to deal with markets of neighboring countries. Relying on its record of activities and experiences in the past, the company purchased the most modern dredging equipment and extended its activities. Nowadays, the company has successfully and powerfully entered in four following service provision fields: dredging, hydrographic activities, steering vessels and search and rescue.
