Farahasel (Onshore & Offshore) Technology Training Company (Limited) was
established on December 25th, 2005, under No. 7494 with Corporation Registry of
Bandar Abbas. On the basis of articles of association of the company, its main
activities are: To convene the training courses on port services and port
transportation machinery and equipment under supervision of the Ministry of
Industries and Mines; to convene short term training courses, conferences,
speech sessions; to compile the curriculums and references and resources in the
form of printer materials, films, and training tapes and their sale; to enter
into contracts with the individuals, corporation and institutions on training,
perform of studies and researches relating to the port services management and
port transportation machinery and equipment; to execute research projects in a
collaboration with the beneficiary companies and institutions and / or sale of
the study and research results to the local and foreign companies and
institutions; to enter into contract with local or foreign real or legal
entities in line with attainment to company's training and research object; to
purchase, sale, lease or receive of suitable training spaces or suitable land
for construction of education space; to receive any kind of loan and credit from
local or foreign banks and credit institutions; to carry out all commercial
activities relating to the object of the company; to purchase and sale of shares
of companies which their object is in line with company’s object whether
directly or indirectly; to purchase, sale, import and export of educational
equipment.
The company's directors, at the time of its establishment, were: Messrs
Aliasghar Toufigh as representative of Ganjineh Banader Middle East in the
capacity of Chairman of Board of Directors, Mr. Javad Asghari, representative of
Tidewater Marine Services Company as vice-chairman, Mr. Ali Moallemipoor,
representative of Dary Gostar Kish Company as member of the board of directors.
On the basis of the last notice minutes of the ordinary general meeting of the
company held in an extra-ordinary time, the members of board of directors are:
Mr. Mohammad Reza Sadeghi, representative of Tidewater as Chairman of the Board,
Mr. Ali Moallemipoor, representative of Darya Gostaresh International Marine
Services Company as Vice-Chairman and Mr. Rasool Tavakoli, representative of
Rahyab Rayaneh Gostar Company.
