Eftekhar Saham Investment Company was established on January 6th, 2005 in the form of a Joint Stock Company and registered on January 8th, 2005 under No. 238487 with Corporation Registry of Tehran.

 Scope of Company's Activities:

 On the basis of Article (3) of articles of association of the company, the object of the company is as follows:
 To participate and invest in companies, projects, production, industrial, commercial and service provision units, and dealing in all king of commercial operations and purchase and sale of goods and shares in Iran and abroad and investment in properties and building industry. For the purpose of attainment to the above-mentioned targets, the company can carry out the following operations:




To establish different companies and enter into any kind of participation arrangements with real or legal entities
To purchase and sale any kind of movable or immovable properties and also to perform any kind of commercial operations in relation with the object of the Company
The use of financial and credit facilities provided by banks and credit institutes through mortgaging and pledging of movable and immovable properties of the company and its affiliates
To encourage and facilitate the investment and enter into contracts for management of share and stock portfolio (portfolio management)
To purchase, sale and subscription in share capital of manufacturing, service and commercial companies
To purchase and sale the securities
To act as agent to other in connection with company's object and establishment of branches and representative offices to the company in Iran and abroad
To carry out all operations which are directly or indirectly in line with realization of company's object and / or are essential for realization of company's object.

 Capital Increment Trend:

 Considering the extensive object of the company, the company's capital was increased from 1 billion rials to 30 billion rials in its few first months of operation.
