Kish Company was established on September 26th, 2004 under No. 2495 by Kish
Island Corporation Registry with an initial capital of 10,000,000 Rials. The
Company's head office is located in Kish Island and has its branches in Tehran,
Bandar Imam Khomeini, Khorramshahr, Bandar Abbas and Bandar Amirabad. The
company has extended its activities and, as a result, has increased its share
capital up to 5,000,000,000 Rials. As a result of assignment of some operational
projects in ports, the company has purchased 86% of Had Darya Company's shares
in 2005 following resolutions of Board of Directors of Tidewater Middle East and
the said subsidiary is the executive of 2 port operations in Bandar Abbas.
FFuture Plans: Considering the company's capabilities and abilities and the
specialist manpower, following the policies announced by the main stockholder
and on the basis of the objects of the company outlined in the articles of
association of the company, the company has increased its activities in the
field of manpower supply and takes part in tenders for manpower supply for
governmental and private organizations and institutions and the number of its
manpower will increase from 1450 to 2500 by March 2010.
